STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The study attempts to determine the Lived Experiences
Encountered by The Self-Supporting Students of Grade 11 Technical-
Vocational Livelihood (TVL) Students of Tacurong National High
School (TNHS)

It attempts to answer the following questions:


1. Is the money paid to Self-Supporting students sufficient to meet
their needs? What financial issues have the students encountered?
1.1. Allowance
1.2. Financial wages
2. What coping strategies do they adopt in facing
their problems as a working student?
2.1. Time Management
2.2. Resilience

3. What are the difficulties that students confront


when working and studying?

4. How do they overcome these difficulties?


SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
Students
• It can provide students training and experience.
• It can help prospective working students make informed
decisions about their academic and career paths. By
raising awareness of the difficulties of being a working
student.
• It can help them develop strategies to cope with the
challenges they may face.
Researchers
• Broadens their understanding
• To be time efficient,
• To understand the hardships of a
student who is not receiving financial
help for their education.
Future researchers
• This can serve as their basis in
conducting similar studies.
SCOPE AND DELIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY
This study will focus only on lived
experiences encountered by the self-supporting
students of Grade-11 students of Technical-
Vocational Livelihood (TVL) in Tacurong National
High School, how they manage to work while
studying and how they cope with it. This study
will focus on the experience of 10 participants.
DIFINITION OF TERMS
The following are the terms defined as conceptually:
