Step 1

Takes charge in the implementation of the plans and programs of the section;
Assists in the assessment of competency gaps and in the identification and implementation of Learning
and Development Program;
Prepares correspondence, Office/ Memo Order, Learning & Development Nomination Forms;
Acts as Facilitator/ Speaker for various trainings/ seminars/ webinars for the employees;
Coordinates and facilitates trainings/ seminars/ conferences conducted by the national agencies for the
employees;
Prepares documents pertaining to PRIME-HRM;
Assists in ensuring that the plans and programs of the section conform to the Quality Management System
(QMS);
Handles Employees' Orientation Program; and
Performs other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
