• Which is 150 % increase in Count comparing to Sep’23 (12 Nos).

• PPM support is not there in Nellore, Chottoor districts.
• PPM support issue has affected 60+ ATMs in said locations
• WSG service stop in may districts and these ATMs are under Alt CRA migration.
• CMS service stop in few locations also impacted
• CRA issues contributing the major down time and affected to 200+ ATMs in the state.
• No franchise support for CRA sites which is again a factor for down time
