RESIGNATION :
1. Resignation should be submitted to the supervisor in writing / mail.
2. This becomes the effective date of resignation and for calculation of notice period.
3. Discussion with Supervisor / Department head.
4. Supervisor - post discussion with the exiting employee – to forward the employee’s resignation to HR
within 24 hours of the resignation (Mentioning the reason. In the mail)
5. HR Discussion with the employee – reason of resignation
6. Communication of Tentative LWD over email to employee over Resignation email (HR to employee cc
Supervisor / Department Head)
NOTICE PERIOD :
• Under Probation (within 6 months of Joining) – 30 Days
• Confirmed employees - 60 Days
** IMP : Leaves are not permitted during notice period, if any leaves are availed it will either be
considered as LOP (loss of pay) or extension of last working day by the number of days of leave.
RELEIVING PROCESS :
• Exit Initiation Intimation : Initiated by HR over the email to ISMS, Asset Team, Accounts and respective
Department head (Internal communication to all concerned departments for No Dues ) (2 Days prior to LWD)
• Exit Form : HR shares the Exit form with the employee over the mail.
• HR will conduct the Exit Interview.
• (On Last Working Date) Employee will have to get clearance from respective functions in the following order
on the clearance form and submit it to HR
1.Employee Sign 2. Dept Head / TL Sign 3. ISMS and Admin 4.HR
** Imp Asset Team and exiting employee mutually coordinates - for Laptop collection (2 days in advance so
that the No dues can be cleared on LWD).
RELEIVING LETTER :
Kindly note leaves are not permitted during notice period and
any time off will either be considered as LOP (loss of pay) or
may result in extending of your last working day depending on
business requirements.
