Client Journey :
• This engagement came to us from FS team as part of Vendor consolidation deal. BPO and IPA scope was in plan initially for automation
• Total ~40 associates forecast was given however start date got delayed by 1 quarter and only 10 demands came as final one
• The MSA is singed for multi year (5 years ) and the rate card is added inside MSA only . Three rate mentioned discounted (12% discount, Vendor
consolidations and New demand)
• Post 3 month the vendor consolidation planned dropped and got communication to support the demands as per need.
• Onboarded 8 +1 associates to start with (AA and UiPath demands)
• With BA delivery and good impression got the 3 more positions for the BA work for 6 moths which added up revenue with good margin.

• Principal Financial Group Inc (PFG) is a global investment management company. It provides financial products and services to
businesses, individuals and institutional clients.
• Entire PFG group is distributed in multiple business unites that handles/ offers different services to their clientele. Presently
Capgemini has presence in USIS, PGI, RIS. PI-Chile business units.
• At present, 350+ Bots are running in production environment across all business units. PFG has automated their processes
using Automation Anywhere and Uipath tools.

o UiPath Cloud Orchestrator Migration: 30+ Bots migrated from on-prem to on-cloud.
Contracts/Commercials iSOW has been signed off.
130+ Bot’ migration is in-progress.
