for leaders

• Global Initiative Lead

• Quality Head for BUs of revenue more than 200M$
• As Global Initiative Lead, I had successfully carried out various initiatives across organization
• Colloaboration is key success factor for any initiative
• So for each of these initiatives I have collaborated with multiple leaders to ensure the initiatives are
successfully roll-out and meeting their targets
• We had multiple leadership teams, for example I Collaborated with Busienss Leaders for problem
identification & Ideation, IT & BI leaders & teams for Implementation & Testing, Roll-out & Support, SEPG
Leaders for training
• Towards digitalization, we ran multiple programs including Real Time Dashboard, Automation of Project
Management gates, Auto alert and escalation etc

• Problem multiple team referring multiple data in reports, xls, resulting in data discrepancy during reviews at different levels
causing less productivity and ineffective governance
• Objective to have one source of truth for entire organizations and updated in real time
• Ideation & solution- SEPG Leadership and BU leadership team to identify the appropriate dashboard design including layouts,
filters and priority metrics
• Convert the idea in to RS for IT/BI team to implement – weekly sprints
