Brief & Objective

Brief: After a long break, it is now time to get

back to office and end WFH. DLF ensures that
offices are safe by following and enforcing safety
standards so that we can work in peace.

Objective: To enthuse and educate people that

we can finally come out of the WFH mode and
head back to office where our lives are more in
order.
 What do we miss about office?

• Friends and social life – Family away from

home
• Easier time management – no distraction
• Dressing up
• Meetings – makes it easier to get work done
• Tea/ Coffee together

 Idea #1 – Social Experiment Video

If you knew that it’s safe to be back to office tomorrow,

what message would you give to your colleague,
spouse, boss or any other important person?

Spouse – Office opens tomorrow so your turn to make

lunch everyday!
Office friends – Friday lunches will be our thing again.
This Friday, you go first.
Spouse – Take me shopping. I need a new wardrobe.

As you prepare to make a fresh start and get back to office, we have been busy ensuring it’s #SafeToBeBack to
work and we work on it everyday tirelessly so that you can work tension free.
 Idea #2 – Video

Video: DLF – We make sure it’s #SafeToBeBack to office

We show a woman getting ready for office and coming to office.

Each shot of this would be interspersed with a shot of a DLF
staff member implementing safety standards at DLF office
buildings to make sure the office is safe and sanitised.

The woman is wearing make-up or moisturizer while getting

ready. Cut to a DLF staff member sanitising her hands. The
woman uses a hair dryer to style her hair. Cut to the employee
checking the air filters. The woman is driving to work. Cut to the
employee doing rounds on a buggy for a quick check. The
woman meets her colleagues & greets them joyfully. Cut to show
that all of them were scanned just minutes back.

We end the video showing the woman sleeping sound at night. End plate: DLF – Making sure it’s #SafeToBeBack
to work.
 Idea #3 – Instagram Contest

To get the DLF office goers to participate and engage,

we can hold an Instagram giveaway contest under the
following categories:

- Back to work look

- Back to work selfie with office buddy
- Team selfie
- Coffee corner shot
- My desk

All participants have to use the hashtag #SafeToBeBack

and #BackToOffice. The best images (or a lucky draw)
can be rewarded.
