    How does week in UP looks like?

    DAY 1: CONNECT
    Team building (corporate and national)
    Leadership Modules (building teams, creating a shared language, curiosity)
    Introduction to social impact area. Preparing for field visits
    It all starts at DAY 0 (Sat & Sunday): Arrive in country. Transfer to

    DAYS 2 & 3: DISCOVER


    The seven teams (8-9 per team) will split up and each travel to a different community.

    Visit partner organizations, farms, washing centers, markets, etc. to ask questions and research
    innovation ideas. Overnight in Communities (Tues). Coaching Sessions (Weds eve)

    DAY 4: INNOVATE
    Leadership Modules (Innovation, communication a vision, standing in the future.
    Teams develop innovation ideas

    DAY 5: PITCH
    Pitch an idea to senior NGO leaders, government officials and Nestle Panel for feedback.
    Project commitments for following 6 months. Reflection and Coaching. Celebration event
