The problem at hand is the need for environmental
innovation in the creation of a vacuum cleaner by
repurposing plastic bottles. With the escalating global
concern over plastic waste and its detrimental impact on
the environment, there is a pressing demand for
sustainable solutions that can effectively address plastic
pollution while offering practical household benefits.

This necessitates the development of a vacuum
cleaner that utilizes repurposed plastic bottles as a key
component, balancing the need for efficient cleaning
performance with reducing plastic waste and promoting
recycling and the inclusion of a top-mounted flashlight
must seamlessly integrate with the design, providing
added convenience and practicality for users.
 RESEARCH QUESTIONS
1.What are the potential benefits of using repurposed
plastic bottles for vacuum cleaner production with top-
mounted flashlight?
2. How can the performance and efficiency of a
vacuum cleaner made from repurposed plastic bottles
be evaluated and compared to traditional vacuum
cleaners?
3. What are the cost implications of producing a
vacuum cleaner using repurposed plastic bottles
compared to traditional vacuum cleaners?
 REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE
A study of recyclability of a selected product, based on
analyses conducted using an original application for the
assessment of recyclability of products. The analysis has
been applied to a domestic vacuum cleaner, considering the
specificity of the industry.A model of the vacuum cleaner
has been created in a 3D CAD system and extended with
recyclability parameters to support a comprehensive
assessment for easiness of dismantling and reusability of

Advantages of utilizing recycled bottles include a
reduction in landfill pollution, environmental improvement,
and the preservation of marine life. However, it is essential
to acknowledge potential drawbacks. While using recycled
plastic bottles is environmentally friendly, challenges may
arise in terms of long-term durability and may need careful
consideration. Overall, the application of recycled plastic
