Part 1 (2-3 minutes)

Examiner asks 4 or 5 personal information questions* to the candidate.

The candidate speaks for 1 minute about a photograph*. The examiner may ask the
candidate some questions about it.

Part 3 (3-5 minutes)

The candidate talks about a situation given by the examiner. The candidate will be
shown a prompt*.

Ex. A young man works very hard and has only one free day a week. He wants to
find an activity to help him relax. Here are some activities that could help him relax.

The examiner personalises and asks the candidate questions about the situation.

Ex. What do you do when you want to relax? (Why?)
