1 Frame the Central Problem Lack of skilled / multi skilled labour workforce at Factory
2 Apply the conceptual model to guide the analysis Implemeting skill engancement program / trainings for workers
2D Mediating Variable: Training Programs, Simulation, Field visit, Analysing Output and Feedback Loop.
4 Apply analytical models Identify the exact training Needs/Methodologies which uplift the skills of operatives.
Communicating findings:
Communicate training needs to the Management for further decisions.
5 Present statistical findings to stakeholders
1:1 Meetings with workers and their Managers to understand the additional training
requirements.
Action Plan:
Design world class T&D program for workers.
Training policy need to be updated as per new training and development plan.
6 Define action steps to implement solutions
Training feedback and assessment must be planned to monitor the program
Quick learners needs to identified and they will act as "Role Models / Mentors" for
others.
