 Training Needs Analysis is an activities to
make a decision of training or learning
program which needed for employee.
 To determined the training we can use 5W
and 1 H question, so that training can be held
effectively.

TNA is step for training plan process
which has a purpose to analyse some
review of the employee knowledge
necessity so we can achieve the purpose
of training we held.

Organizational Need – It’s talk about the means
of th effectiveness of organizational development
Job Need – The new requirement of task such as
knowledge, skill, and attitude in the workplace
Individual Need – It’s talk about the motivation,
perfomance and promotion program

Training Need Analysis (TNA) as a method or
technique for identifying employee training and
development needs, so that a training program can be
created that supports and is aligned with the
competency development of an organization or
company which is ultimately expected to be able to
achieve and realize performance targets.

Thus, provision of knowledge and skills is needed in


conducting TNA starting from identifying to making
comprehensive reports and also being able to develop
training programs that are right on target and efficient.
