Belt system is one of th lifeblood of mineral processing plant.

It is always related to the life safety of workers and is the key to safe
production in the mining industry!

Our company specializes in intelligent maintenance for factory

equipment, focusing on state monitoring and fault diagnosis of belt-
driven equipment. We aim to promptly and accurately identify the subtle
characteristic signals of core component failures. This approach will
undoubtedly provide technical support for predicting and assessing
potential faults, predicting equipment lifespans, and formulating
maintenance strategies. As a result, it will enhance the operational safety
and reliability of belt-driven equipment, leading to significant economic
and societal benefits.
2. Belt Conveyor Monitoring Technology - Distributed Optical Fiber Temperature Measurement
The distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system consists of a distributed optical fiber temperature measuring instrument,
temperature-sensing optical cables, measurement software, and other associated equipment.

The system utilizes the principles of Raman scattering and Optical Time Domain
Reflectometry (OTDR) generated when light travels through the optical fiber to
acquire spatial temperature distribution information. Laser pulses with a certain
energy and width, transmitted through the measurement optical fiber, generate
backscattered light, the intensity of which is influenced by the temperature of the
scattering points within the optical fiber. The scattered light signal is then
processed through wavelength division multiplexing and detection, and it enters
the signal processing system to extract real-time temperature information at
various positions along the measurement optical fiber. Additionally, the Thermometric optical cable
Demodulator

propagation speed of light waves in the optical fiber and the time interval of the
backscattered signals are used to determine the location of the measured
temperature.

The system offers advantages such as distributed measurement, resistance to

electromagnetic interference, corrosion resistance, long measurement distances,
and low maintenance costs. It is widely used in temperature monitoring and
safety assurance in both coal and non-coal mining industries.

Digital conveyor belt system

The digital conveyor belt system consists of the conveyor belt itself, RFID chips, handheld devices, and a reading
and writing system, allowing for the digitized management of the conveyor belt. RFID chips are embedded into the
conveyor belt using a vulcanization process, and when used with handheld devices, they bind the chips to the
conveyor belt, enabling the query and recording of information throughout the conveyor belt's entire lifecycle.

Conveyor belt longitudinal tear(rip) monitoring system

The longitudinal tear monitoring system provides early warning for longitudinal tears. Using high-resolution
wide-angle sensors and dynamic feature algorithms, the system accurately detects longitudinal tear
characteristics. It ensures operational safety while minimizing false alarms. Additionally, the system supports
multi-platform message delivery, offering on-site alerts and remote notifications through phone calls, text
messages, WeChat, DingTalk, and various other methods.

Online wear monitoring system

In the long-term use of conveyor belts, the rubber surface experiences wear and tear, and the severity of this wear
directly impacts the conveyor belt's lifespan and the safety of material transport. An online wear monitoring system
designed for steel cord core conveyor belts can continuously monitor real-time changes in rubber cover thickness,
enabling functions such as monitoring surface wear on the conveyor belt, predicting the lifespan of steel cord
conveyor belts, and issuing warnings for abrupt wear trends.

Online Temperature Monitoring System

During the operation of the equipment, internal rotating mechanical parts generate heat. The temperature
of these parts continues to rise during prolonged operation. If it exceeds the permissible temperature range
of the components, damage may occur, resulting in economic losses. Our online temperature monitoring
system monitors the temperature of the motor casing or bearings, predicts the motor's condition, and
provides fault warnings, thereby reducing unexpected equipment downtime.

Online vibration monitoring system

The power components of conveyor machinery, such as motors and drive systems, can sustain
damage after prolonged use. Traditional manual methods for detecting damage are time-
consuming and labor-intensive. Our company's online vibration monitoring system employs
vibration acceleration sensing technology, which filters out normal vibration spectra and
detects abnormalities through the use of normal-fault spectrum algorithms. Additionally, it can
collect data and transmit it over the network to a server, enabling remote online fault diagnosis.

Intelligent Roller System

The main body is made of high-polymer composite material. Compared to traditional rollers, it is lighter
in weight, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, non-sticky, anti-static, dustproof, and waterproof. Its
lifespan is approximately 3 to 5 times longer than that of regular rollers. In addition, the Intelligent
Roller System incorporates intelligent sensors and data monitoring systems. Various sensors within the
roller enable the monitoring of its operational status. The collected data can be organized, summarized,
and analyzed to assess the health of the roller and predict its remaining lifespan.

Joint Monitoring System

During the operation of conveyor systems, the load on the conveyor belt undergoes continuous changes. The belt
joints, being relatively weaker parts of the conveyor belt, are susceptible to fatigue damage due to long-term dynamic
loads, which can impact on-site production and operational safety. Our joint monitoring system can provide real-time
monitoring of changes in the condition of conveyor belt joints and issue warnings in case of joint failure.

Conveyor Belt Frame Monitoring System

Steel-cord conveyor belts are widely used in coal mines, and over prolonged operation, issues such as increased load,
damage from obstacles, and aging can lead to problems like rusting, breakage of the steel cord core, joint extraction,
and tearing. Our conveyor belt frame monitoring system, designed for steel-cord conveyor belts, utilizes X-ray
penetration imaging to reflect the real condition of the internal frame and provide early warnings for frame damage.

Lining looseness monitoring system

The "Liner Plate Loosening Monitoring System" is designed to monitor the liner plates, which are essential
components in the hopper of a conveyor system. During the operation of the conveyor, the liner plates can experience
strong impacts and wear from the materials being transported, which may cause the connecting components to
become loose, leading to liner plate detachment. Our liner plate loosening monitoring system is capable of
monitoring the tightness between the liner plates and the hopper walls. It provides early warnings for any signs of
loosening in the liner plates, allowing personnel to tighten them promptly and prevent liner plate detachment.

Blocking Monitoring System

Material blockage is one of the common incidents in the operation of conveyor systems. Our material blockage monitoring
system is designed to monitor the accumulation of materials inside the hopper. It can also activate clearing mechanisms to
unclog the hopper before it becomes completely blocked, thereby preventing downtime incidents.

Material temperature monitoring system

The need for material temperature monitoring is multifaceted. On one hand, in high-temperature environments, the temperature
of materials significantly affects the lifespan of conveyor belts. Elevated material temperatures can drastically shorten the
conveyor belt's lifespan. On the other hand, when transporting easily combustible materials such as coal, it's essential to monitor
their temperature. High temperatures can potentially lead to self-ignition and accidents. Our material temperature monitoring
system employs infrared thermal imaging technology to monitor the temperature of materials within a specific area. It provides
real-time alerts for overheated materials, preventing accidents or their escalation.

Intelligent cleaning robot

At present, most of the cleaning work in aCurrently, the cleaning of areas such as conveyor pathways on-site relies
heavily on manual labor. This high dependence on human effort, combined with harsh working conditions, can impact
the occupational health of employees and lead to safety incidents. Our robots are capable of autonomously cleaning
conveyor environments without the need for track installation or cables. They can intelligently detect and automatically
remove spilled materials and dust.
