NATIONAL PERMATA CURRICULUM PHYLOSOPHY

“Since birth, children can be nurtured and educated to develop their personality,
potential and intelligence in order to master the communication skills, early lit-
eracy, early mathematics, logical thinking and basic knowledge about their
surrounding, in addition to self-management skills and the practice of pure values
in order to be a noble individual, independent, highly intellectual, patriotic and able
to adapt to the advancement of modern technology and multicultural environment
in the national and international level. This effort requires commitment and collab-
oration between educators, parents and the community, because every child is a
priceless gem ".
IMPLEMENTATION OF PERMATA CURRICULUM

Nurturing and education activities are provided for all


ages of children, from birth to 4 years.
CONTENT OF PERMATA CURRICULUM

Things that are emphasized in the PERMATA curriculum


are:
1. Methods and ways to interact with children
2. Provide maximum learning experience
3. Provide care holistically
4. Plan activities that can assess a child's development
5. Establish a close cooperation with parents, family members
and community

1. Basics of Parenting:
Consists of four components:
1. Balanced Nutrition, breastfeeding

2. Self Care and Training


personal hygiene, manners, training to the toilet

3. Safety, Hygiene and Health


physical and emotion

4. Parenting Practices
positive relationships, empathy, caring, friendly, self-skills, good
parental relationships
