 ABSTRACT

This project is entitled “Web Portal for Missing Certificate Tracking System” is web based application
developed by using the Microsoft visual studio dot net as front end and SQL Server as back end. We use .NET coding
and SQLSERVER as back end process.

Education document such as mark sheet is most important for each and every student. Student wants to keeps this
document safely. But some time student may miss Education document at the moment again getting duplicate copy
more difficult process. Proposes a web application that gives Lost Document Requesting System student can get
duplicate lost document through online.

Initially student needs to register with the application by submitting their details after successful submission
student can log on this application. After successful login they can make request for duplicate document into this
website.
 Admin can view the request details. After that Admin can send the verification to particular college
management. In the college side college also one of the members in this website. They can login into this
website and check the information which all provide by student and after that send the confirmation reply to
admin.

Admin view the college reply and give confirm. Finally admin will upload duplicate document student
can able to download more effectively. Using this website student can save their time and easily getting their
required missing document. This web application has been developed with an intention to make the system
user-friendly thus reducing the manual work. The application has been developed with advanced features.

In existing system if the student missed the certificate means student can directly go to the school or college and
request for their certificate. It is very difficult process. It is a manual work. They are not getting proper response from
school and colleges. It is not a user friendly application

The drawbacks, which are faced during existing system, can be eradicated by using the mobile
application. The main objective of the proposed system is to provide a user-friendly application for

Authentication

This module is the major module to maintain over all the process in this mobile application.
Using this module admin can login into this application by using the secure username and
password.

Student Register/Authentication

This module is mainly based on user. Using this module user can register in the registration
form he has to fill with personal details such as name, address, mobile number mail id and
username, password etc. This will maintain in a separate table. Using this password student can log
on this web application. After the successful login they can use this application feature effective
manner.
Request Process

This module is fully based on student control. After successful login student can make request
for duplicate document into this website. This request will goes to the admin. This request
information will be stored in a separate table.

View request and Verification

This module is fully based on Admin control. Admin can view the request details. After that
Admin can send the verification to particular college management. In the college side college also
one of the members in this website. They can login into this website and check the information which
all provide by student and after that send the confirmation reply to admin.
