According the environment temperatures( winter and summer), we should choose the right oil
grade and viscosity to satisfy the engine.
For example: SAE:15W-40,API:CH-4
SAE:15W-40, this is the viscosity of the oil which is a multi-grade engine oil. The 15W in 15w-40
indicates viscosity characteristic of the oil when the oil is at low temperature The 40 in 15w-40
indicates the viscosity characteristic of the oil when the oil is at high temperature. An oil with high
viscosity (one with a higher value) may be better suited if the truck is operated at high speeds, or
under extreme load conditions.
API:CH-4, this is the grade of the oil.
CI is higher grade than CH, then CJ…….

The hydraulic oil viscosity grade used depends on the average ambient operating temperature.
In areas with average temperatures above 86°F (30°C), “68"-grade oil is recommended, in areas
with average temperatures below 86°F (30°C), “46"-grade oil is recommended (mixing the same
type of two different viscosity grade oils will result in an average viscosity between the two
values.)
With an unit in a environment subjected to high temperature variation between summer and
winter it is recommended to adapt the viscosity of the hydraulic oil to this temperature
variation.Eg use a thin viscosity oil,grade 46# in winter and a thick viscosity oil 68# in summer.

The proper level for the hydraulic oil should be 2/3 of the sight glass.
Never mix two different brand of hydraulic oil, even if they are the same grade.

e ？？？ This fan is controlled from the truck cab and should always be ON
when the hydraulic system is operating.
As part of the startup process, remember to flip the HYD. COOLER
selector switch on the truck‘s dashboard to the ON position before
beginning operations.

temperature reach the working temperature,you should check the charge pump filter should be

In the logging cabin,you shoud check the hydraulic pressure as below:

1 、 Hoist charge pressure ： 350-450psi

2 、 Generator charge pressure ： 350-
450psi

Check the hose condition ， No broken ， No leaking.

The PTO shaft should grease periodically,if not,the shaft will be broken,then the tools will be in
the hole.
