Abstract in English:

Every hundred thousand years the cycle is renewed, and that renewal occurs as
three "uproar" that take place in the world, which are: the Cyclic-Uproar, the
Buddha-Uproar and the Universal-Monarch-Uproar. According to history, the
announcement of the birth of Buddha occurs through the succession of these
“Uproar”. The first of these disturbances is cyclical; In it, the heaven-dwelling
gods of sensual pleasures announce the destruction of the world and call for
humanity to cultivate the following virtues: friendship, compassion, joy, and
indifference. They say that waiting for our mothers, waiting parents and honor
the elders among relatives.
After a thousand years, the Buddha-Uproar occurs, which is announced by the
guardian angels, and after a hundred years, announces the arrival of a universal
monarch. First the omens must occur so that the gods of the ten thousand worlds
gather to beg the apparent future Buddha to become such. Before the great
Being can make use of his Buddhahood, he makes the five great observations
which are: the time, the continent, the country, the family and the mother and the
duration of his life. Regarding time, Buddha is born only when the birth/death
cycle is between one hundred and one hundred thousand years. The proper
continent is only the continent of India, but not in any of the countries of it, it is
only born in the middle country. Buddha can only be born into a warrior caste
family, then he makes the observations about his mother, who should be a
woman who meets perfection.
This is how Buddha concludes that the moment of his Buddhahood has arrived,
and in the Tusita grove he transits his incarnation in the maternal womb, which
occurs at the summer solstice festival, on a full moon, and the announcement of
a dream in the one who falls the queen, In this ritual, the future Buddha appears
turned into a white elephant. After conception the whole world shudders and
magnificent miracles take place. Buddha's mother dies after seven days of birth,
thus fulfilling the announced omens.
Resumen en Español:

Cada cien mil años el ciclo se renueva, y esa renovación ocurre como tres
“alborotos” que tienen lugar en el mundo, los cuales son: El alboroto cíclico, el
alboroto de Buda y el alboroto del monarca universal. El anuncio del nacimiento de
Buda ocurre según la historia a través de la sucesión de esos alborotos. El primero
de estos alborotos es el cíclico; en él, los dioses moradores del cielo de los placeres
sensuales anuncian la destrucción del mundo y hacen el llamado para que la
humanidad cultive las siguientes virtudes: la amistad, la compasión, la alegría y la
indiferencia, dicen que aguardar a nuestras madres, esperar a los padres y honrar a
los mayores entre los parientes.
Pasados mil años, ocurre el alboroto de Buda, el cual es anunciado por los
ángeles guardianes, para luego de cien años, anunciar la llegada de un monarca
universal. Primero deben ocurrir los presagios para que así los dioses de los diez
mil mundos se reúnan a suplicarle al aparente futuro Buda que se convierta en
tal. Antes de que el gran Ser pueda hacer uso de su budeidad, hace las cinco
grandes observaciones las cuales son: el tiempo, el continente, el país, la familia
y la madre y la duración de su vida. Respecto al tiempo Buda nace solo cuando el
ciclo del nacimiento/muerte está entre los cien y cien mil años. El continente
adecuado es solo el continente de la India, pero no en cualquiera de sus países,
solo nace en el país medio. Buda solo puede nacer en una familia de casta
guerrera, luego hace las observaciones sobre su madre, quien deberá ser una
mujer que cumpla con la perfección.
Es así como Buda concluye que ha llegado el momento de su budeidad, y en la
arboleda de Tusita transita su encarnación en el vientre materno, el cual ocurre
en el festival de solsticio de verano, en luna llena, y el anunciamiento de un
sueño en el que cae la reina. En este ritual, el futuro Buda aparece convertido en
elefante blanco. Tras la concepción el mundo entero se estremece y se
producen magníficos milagros. La madre de Buda muere tras siete días de
nacido, cumpliendo así los presagios anunciados.

Desde mi punto de vista esta historia más que un cuento es una narración mítica que relata el nacimiento de la deidad
suprema hindú que es Buda. Por lo tanto, más que una moraleja, el relato nos permite inferir aspectos arquetípicos del
alma humana y que son universalmente compartida, como son las virtudes y también la importancia del orden
espiritual en la cosmovisión de las culturas.

From my point of view, this story is more than a tale, it is a mythical narration that tells of the birth of the supreme Hindu
deity that is Buddha. Therefore, more than a moral, the story allows us to infer archetypal aspects of the human soul
that are universally shared, such as virtues and also the importance of the spiritual order in the worldview of cultures.
