FINDINGS

• I found that Nubians are not recognized because they did not come to Kenya
by themselves they were brought by British soldiers
• After a hundred years ago the British recognized Nubians as aliens after the
Nubians working with them for many years
• The government has refused to recognize Nubians as a tribe in Kenya after
the Nubians help Kenya in gaining independence
• Nubians are denied the citizenship rights
