Tools: The entire method for data collection was based
on observation and through enquires generated from
time to time. The entire data about the hospital also
collected from various employees. Some data
collected from website such as: www.rubyhospital.com.

PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION AREAS

Long waiting hours at each point of contact.


Patients spent too much time for registration for
accessing health related facilities.
Non-availability of equipments and supplies in
hospital facilities.
Time spent for investigation,separation and disposal
of waste products of the hospital.
Cost control:Pressurized to do more with less budget
and manpower.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Avoid long waiting time for the patients.
Number of staffs should be increased in the
depts., with large no. of patients.
The waiting area should be more spacious.
Hospital Facilities should appoint more
qualified and senior staffs for proper facilities
and functioning of the hospital.
Ensure coordination of teams for multi-
tasking along with time management.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Practical experience in the Hospital Industry.
Also get some practical knowledge which is not
available in theories or books.
Learn to know about billing and registration of new
or old patients for doctor consultation.
To know about various departments in hospitals.
Leadership and Skill Development
CONCLUSION
 Patients attending each hospital are responsible
for spreading the good image of the hospital and
therefore satisfaction of patients attending the
hospital is equally important for hospital
management.
The study reveals the average spend by the
patients and also expresses their view towards the
hospital and hospital’s services and facilities
provided by the hospital and the total consumed
on each activity.
