Nursing and medical diagnosis related to ischemic heart diseases

Nursing diagnosis :

 Decreases cardiac output related to decrease blood supply as evidence by tachycardia and

fatigue.

 Ineffective tissue perfusion related to narrowed arteries as evidence by decrease blood pressure.

 Hypothermia related to decrease blood supply as evidence by low blood pressure.

Medical diagnosis :

 Ischemic heart disease

 Fluid over load heart failure

 CKD (chorionic kidney disease)

ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASES RELATED DR. JEAN WATSON THEORY

In the context of ischemic heart diseases, nurses applying

Watson's theory may focus on creating a caring and supportive

environment for patients. This includes promoting effective

communication, addressing patients' fears and concerns, and

involving them in their care. The theory also emphasizes the

importance of viewing patients as whole individuals, considering

their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
