 Conditional Sentence
Adalah kalimat pengandaian.
Jika …. Maka ….
Pengandaiannya bisa berupa kalimat positif maupun negatif.

There are 3 type of sentence:

-Type I
-Type II
-Type III
But for this change, we’ll only learn the type 1.

Conditional Sentence type I

Adalah tipe kalimat pengandaian dimana kejadiannya itu/
situasinya (main clause) itu masih mungkin terjadi., jika
kondisinya (condition) terpenuhi.

Karena itulah di kalimat ini, tenses yang digunakan adalah

present tense dan future tense
Misalnya….

Jika saya menang olimpiade, maka orang tua saya akan bangga
If I win the olimpiad, my parents will be proud.

Condition : I win the olimpiad

Main clause : my parents will be proud.
 Conditional Sentence Type
I Examples:
Express that the action in the main
clause may happen in the future if • If I study, I will pass the
