• Currently, in the real world, banking plays a significant part in maximising working capital in
commercial activity by providing corporations with investment possibilities. The majority of the
population relies on banking services to meet their financial demands. As a result, the majority
of financial services have gone digital to make life easier for the general public.
• Despite the digitization of every service imaginable, the banking industry still falls short in
areas like personalised customer care, a lack of channels and strategies, and difficulty in
satisfying client requests.
• In order to solve these drawbacks, it combines the ideas of blockchain and metaverse to
create an immersive online user experience.
• Therefore, incorporating metaverse into banking can benefit consumers by enabling
multifaceted customer engagement and enabling the opening of virtual branches without
requiring customers to travel to a real location.

• The target market consists of companies, educational institutes and organizations.

• The target segment for banking in metaverse include retail customers, startups, cooperates,
younger population, rural population, high net worth individuals. However this may vary
depending upon the needs.

• Our solution to create an immersive experience in banking can be achieved with the help of
metaverse and blockchain.
• The metaverse combines the idea of VR, AR in UNITY to create a virtual bank branches to give the
personalized customer service. Virtual branches offers functions banking transactions all the time.
• The transactions made by customers are maintained using the Blockchain Technology with the
help of smart contracts and digital wallets and made available to customers in virtual banks and
a built API with login credentials.

VR in UNITY
• The Virtual Branches can be created with the Unity. Incorporating interactive tools such as AR / VR with Unity can
aid in developing realistic games that boost productivity and improve engagement.
• When compared other platforms like Unreal engine, Unity engine is easy to implement for building metaverse
experiences.
• Unity VR lets you target virtual reality devices directly from Unity, without any external plugins in
projects.

BLOCKCHAIN
• Blockchain technology in banking revolutionizes the system by building a decentralized database of digital
and unique assets and also includes features like immutability, enhanced security, consensus, faster
settlements in selling and buying products.
• A cashless system is increasingly in use. Using a credit card, Apple Pay, or QR code as an example. But what
transpires if the system is down for an extended period of time?
• The fact that Bitcoin has been in operation for a very long time and has never had even a brief outage. Because
of this, more central banks are actively testing blockchain for various applications. especially for its transparency
and resilience.

edge technology like artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality, blockchain, etc.
• By combining these technologies, users can develop digital representations of themselves or of
themselves in order to explore their surroundings.
• Additionally, users have access to all of the same features as in the real world, such as the ability
to shop, get employment, etc.
