Complete solution to all your day to day Car booking office needs.
This system helps you to keep the information of customer. you can
check your customer information anytime by using this System. Car
Rental System is a unique and innovative product. with the help to
this system. we can manage car, customer and driver. The system will
be mainly designed for small company that renders its car rental
services To customer the system will have the ability to generate and
print bill for each Successful transaction.
Objectives
i) To develop a simple and secure system that protects clients
information and confidential information of the organization.

ii) To design a user -friendly system that enables client check for
availability of vehicle and book or reserve a Vehicle online.

iii) To design a system that enables clients pay their car rent online.

iv) To develop a system that stores bookings and reservations

information as well as Payment history to help the organization. keep
track of transactions.
SCOPE
It may help collecting perfect management in details. In a very short
time, the collection will be simple and sensible. It will help a person to
know the management of passed year perfectly and vividly. It also
helps in current all works relative to Car Rental System. It will be
also reduced the cost of collecting the management & collection
procedure will go on smoothly. Our project aims at Business process
automation, ie. we have tried computerize various processes of Car
Rental system.

number of copies of the forms can be easily generated at a time.

Problem Statement
The manual car rental system praxides services only during office
hours. So, customers have limited time to make any transactions or
reservation of the cars. The problem with some of the current System
is that some small companies. already have a car rental system which
is not a web-based application. This is limitations that gives them
capability to store customer's details, but at the same time they
cannot make their services more available to the public through the
internet, they rather make use of posters to advertise their services. to
the public. They also make use of phone Call reservation which is also
limited to few features as web base system. compare to
For example : -

but when he/she comes to pick the car, he/she might turn not to like the
car, this could be because the customer could not see A sample picture of
the he/she wants to rent. Below are some problems with car rental
company manually
i) To rent a car, a prospective renter must first go to nearest office to
muster as a client, what of if the have enough time customer doesn't to do
that?
ii) cars that provide difficulties to rent out are normally advertised local
or national newspaper It involves a lot of paper work and consumes time.
iii) The process of managing customer’s data is slow if the company is
using manual System and there might be thousands of clients.
(iv) It is very hard to keep record of all rental cars and so on.
