Plant cotton seeds in a location with loose, rich soil where the plants will receive at least four or five hours of direct sunlight every day.

At around four to five weeks, the plants will begin branching.

Within a few days of blooming, the flower petals turn pink, then dry up and drop off the plant seven to 10 days after flowering

The crop must be harvested before weather can damage or completely ruin its quality and reduce yield.

The carding operation is carried out by the card, a machine that in practice is a system of rotating organs, mobile and fixed flats, covered with
steel spikes that go by the name of wiring.

The combing process is carried out in order to improve the quality of the sliver coming out of the card. The combing process eliminates short
fibres, it achieves better parallelisation of fibres, it straightens curls, and it removes neps and residue impurities.

Spinning: is the first steps of textile product processing. The process of making yarns from the textile fiber is called spinning.

The thin yarns are twisted together to become stronger.

Dye the yarn in a big pot of colour for nice bright or pastel colours.

Weaving the yarn with many loops for a nice textile.
