Abstract

 Relationship between glucose

metabolic and cancer cell.

 Glucose metabolic on cancer cell.

 Secondary effect.

 Hallmark.
Introduction

 Single-cell approach.

 Principle.

 Method.
Material and Method
 Materiel
Nanopipette
Nanopipettes are pipettes in nanometer scale, generally
made from quartz capillaries with the help of laser-based
pipette puller system.
 Method
Result and discussion

Figure 1: Single cell surface finding and intercellular glucose using glucose
nanosensor.
Figure 2: A- nanopipette in the absence of Gox and B-nanpipette in the present Gox
Figure 3: measured intracellular glucose levels of thecell lines
Figure 4: Comparison of intracellular glucose levels
CONCLUSION

Our technology can therefore be applied to

diagnostic and mechanistic studies of cancer, and
would also be applicable to other investigations of
metabolic heterogeneity in a cell population.
