 Television always has a great impact on our cultures and minds. Some people believe that watching TV is
good and makes life more enjoyable; others, however, think it is a waste of time. In this essay , I will
discuss both arguments.

Some people are for watching TV

• educational aid • family bonding
Others are against
• unpleasant behaviour • neglecting school
• health problems • a waste of time
• inactivity • encouraging violence

In conclusion, excess of anything is bad. In my opinion, the advantages of TV outweigh the disadvantages.
So, controlling the time spent on watching TV and filtering out the programs will always help people to
avoid the drawbacks of TV.
 As they are creative. They never ask other people to help them with problems. They solve
problems themselves. They like to learn new things. Their knowledge and skills make them
better workers.

It helps athletes see themselves doing the future actions correctly . So they believe they are
going to win.

First ,they think about good events in their life. Second, they find activities to do.
Finally, they always try new things.

It helps us think positively about the future.
