Question about the ecosystem:

• Name the type of ecosystem:

Birds live in the terrestrial ecosystem (Forest) because it has a lot of flora and fauna where they can
live well.
• Characteristic:
 Is a habitat with many trees with many branches and leaves in where the birds can stay.
 Is so hot, there we were more than 20°C.
 There was more than 30 different species of birds, some were big, others small, there are others
than eat animals (there are predators) and others that eat decomposers.

Description:

• These types of places help animals to have a careful and healthy habitat in which
they can live, since in these times the planet has not taken good care of the forests
where these birds live, which has caused them to go live in another place or die
and become extinct, aviaries increase the chances that this species will continue to
live.
3 Spices in the Aviary.
Owls have round, forward-looking eyes, a sharply
hooked beak, and acute hearing and vision. They are 5–
28 in. (13–70 cm) long. The feathers of some species
form a disk framing the face or ear tufts that help locate
prey by reflecting sound to the ears.

Toucans are distinguished by large, colorful, yet

lightweight bills. The color of the bill may be black,
blue, brown, green, red, white, yellow or a combination
of colors. The bright colors on his bill help to attract a
mate. Toucans also have a narrow, feather-like tongue.

Flamingos have slender legs, long, graceful necks, large wings,

and short tails. They range from about 90 to 150 cm (3 to 5 feet)
tall. Learn about the flight, flocking, and feeding behaviours of
lesser flamingos (Phoeniconaias minor) in Africa. Flamingos
are highly gregarious birds.
