 RCS 4 parts changes:

 Left and right operator panels have: new decoder, address

plugs, joysticks include center detection switch and use hall
effect analog sensors, rearranged some panel button
functions, and more buttons in left panel.
 New address plugs, unique green color. Communication
speed was 125 k Hz baud now 250 k Hz baud.
 There is no more RCS CAN, now CAN Open only, new CAN
cables from display to operator panels, and between panels.
CCI module, using same housing as main computer.
Left 2-axis joystick will now control the breakout wrench.
Air filter switches change from normally on (NO) to normally
closed (NC), sealed connector.
Add tower vertical unlock switches.
Add tower angle unlock switches if you have angle package.
