1. We will need to be recorded against OPT 1S. In this case, the GPU 8S has to be scanned in and
stored under 1S for the purpose of printing this value on OPT Carton Label
2. Do secondary scan for GPU supplier SN
3. GPU will be the key component and its COO is required be recorded under OPT 1S and mapped to
OPT Carton label.

3.0 Replace long Extender in GPU

1. Need to replace long extender with the short extender. (It is equipped with the long extender
from vendor, the short extender is in the clamshell with GPU)
2. Loosen the thumbscrews to remove the long extender, install the short extender and fasten
the existing thumbscrews to fix it. Torque to 3-3.5 in-lbf

4.0 Ship Group/Pubs

1. Place GPU inside an ESD bag
2. Inspect correct GPU 8S is in the Box and also inspect Publications and other BOM
items are in the Box.
