1. Participate in workplace communication
• Communication applies to the exchange of ideas and thoughts within two
or more individuals. It can be done through writing, speech, gestures,
symbols, or written communication. Communication is a continuous
transmission of a message among two or more individuals the sender and
receiver.
• It covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to gather, interpret
and convey information in response to workplace requirements.
• Workplace communication is the exchange of information between
employees in a work environment. This includes face-to-face
conversations, emails, chat messages, videoconferencing, phone calls, and
other methods used to convey information in the workplace.
