 Treating them as equals, because we are not the same. We owe them respect.
 Refrain from making assumptions about their abilities or needs based solely on age.
 Don’t disregard their opinions or experiences; listening attentively is crucial.
 Our conclusion.

 In short, we show respect to older people for many important reasons. It is a way to recognize their wisdom,
experience and contribution to society. It is also a way to show appreciation for their dedication, the time
they spent on being working and acquiring knowledge or to create a more positive and supportive
environment for everyone.
