Introduction

Chang Feng, who from the north was traveling in the southern part of

China, mysteriously transforms into a tiger while resting on a trip. In this unfamiliar

form, he encounters difficulties finding food and faces fear from villagers who

perceive him as a threat. Out of starvation, Chang eats a man named Li Wen. Later,

he regains human shape, but years later, Li Wen's son seeks vengeance at a dinner

party.
From the story I learned that:

• Do not judge based solely on superficial attributes

• Revenging can sometimes do more harm than good

Do not judge based solely on superficial attributes

For example, when Chang in his tiger form approached a young woman on the path, she

immediately screamed and ran away in fear based solely on his tiger appearance, without

realizing he meant her no harm.

Revenging can sometimes do more harm than good

For Instance, after listening to Chang's friends explain what really happened and that

Chang didn't mean to do anything wrong, the son started to understand the full story

better.
Conclusion

In conclusion, Chang Feng's unusual experience demonstrates the importance of gaining

full understanding before forming judgments and seeking vengeance.
