INTRODUCTION

Housing policy is derived from laws, regulations and


administrative practices that can aid the production and
delivery of housing. Formulated in 1991, considering the basic
principles of freedom, equity, justice, authority and public
interest.

GOAL: To solve housing problems by making decent shelter


available and affordable to all Nigeria.(WHO 2023).
