We are not an OCR solution. IQ Bot is an intelligent document processing solution that includes document
classification, pre-processing, extraction (OCR) and post-processing. This is far more superior and versatile (for
multiple types of use cases)
IQ Bot takes away most of the effort needed to setup (unlike the traditional OCR solutions). It is 4x faster and
business user friendly, which means that when a new template arrives, a business user can train and build the
intelligence needed to process the document without reliance from IT. Initial creation of templates is only the start of
the work, as formats change and field move around, additional resources will be required to keep the templates
current and functional. IQ Bot reduces this template maintenance work.
Buying a point solution for a specific use case will limit the potential for scaling automation efforts. Moreover - out of
the box does not mean zero effort - there is still IT help needed (for solution X) to setup and train the system to
process documents. IQ Bot on the other hand is much faster and can process a wide variety of document formats.
Simple integration into RPA allows you to automate end to end business processes and workflows to achieve a much
higher ROI than solution X.

other factors such as: setup time, extraction accuracy, integration into RPA or similar automations
for end-to-end workflows
IQ Bot provides powerful hooks for IT to customize. Python scripts can be integrated to manipulate
data. It integrates easily into Automation 360 - which comes with a vast array of commands that can
be used to further build and customize automation workflows
Users can experience this themselves. Over time validation time reduces for templates that have
been trained.
