Objectives:
 To improve physical fitness and healthy
lifestyle.
 To promote Football and Futsal to our
community, especially among youths.
 To create friendship through same
interests.

This program is a 4 day long event wherein
youths train ang learn about football and
futsal. It is open to all youths in San Mateo,
Isabela who is committed and willing to
learn about this activity.
In order for this activity to be successful, we
will be needing materials. This will help us in
teaching and guiding our fellow youths in the
said sport. With this help, they will not be only
improving but also learning that working hard
is better than just reaching to the top without
hard work.

The following are the companies that gave us a lot of help for

hard time organizing this event.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT

For allowing us to use San Mateo Sports Complex, helping us in
our
participants’ accommodation, and providing us the safety around
the venue. Also proving us the medic in case of emergency. And of
course for their financial help.
 SANGUNIANG KABATAAN
The undying support in making our “Kabataan ang pag-asa
ng Bayan” through uniting youths around San Mateo, Isabela
to learn and play football and futsal. In this way, we will learn
“pakikisama” in another different level. The soccer balls and
goal posts is also provided by them.
Queen Isabela Football Association (QIFA)
The largest football association in Isabela, where San Mateo Football
Club (SMFC) participated in many tournaments that they led. The
support means a lot to SMFC because they shaped this club to one just
like them.

For supporting us since day one, and help us
financially. Until now that we will held the biggest
event of SMFC, they are still with us.

For providing and helping us financially and taking care of our
health by giving us an unlimited supply of water. It is for the
participants to stay hydrated through the hot climate.

Proving us football shoes for players who do not have one
means a lot. This will improve their game inside the field and
will encourage them to improve more.
