3.The entrepreneur needs human, technical,
and financial resources in his operation.
Human resources being the vital component of the
succesful operation need to be treated with personal dignity
and provided with a working environment conductive to
human living.Technology in the workplace must be
consistent with environmental requirements for safety and
increase productivity. Financial resources as an important
asset, must be appropriately spent for the employee’s
welfare and company’s expansion.
4. The entrepreneur has social responsibility.
In the aspects of social responsibility , the
entrepreneur must use his resources effectively
and efficiently.Generation of profit is the first
incentive of the enterprise and it is necessary
for its growth and therein and those other
stakeholders as they help meet the needs of the
bigger social strata
5.Development of fair competition
Entrepreneurs continue to develop better products and
services. As a result,competition and inventiveness
become essential component of the business
operation.They compete for product quality of goods
and services but they should guard against unfair
competition. Entrepreneur should develop a consistent
standard behavior and moral decorum, justified by
corresponding duties and responsibilities for the
maintenance of social order

development. They mold the economic institution in
free enterprise. They emphasize in their mission and
vision to serve the interest of the society with the
supply of abundant goods and services that would
satisfy their needs and wants.Serving the interest of the
society , makes them more an more profitable and
grow as they get customers thrust and confidence in
the quality of their products
 The standard of business conduct must be given
primordial interest as the foundation of great
business succes rest with the customer patronage
of the entrepreneur’s product .They must take
into account and give importance to their
collateral objective of profit with honest service
to the very foundation of bussiness success.
