• Launch of minimum 5 PG Programs with relevant UG Programs (for revenue) with the
following characteristics.

• Can be conducted by optimizing infrastructure.

• Must be an industry-mentored program for quality placement.
• Revenue sustainable.
• Quality teaching with experience Professors in Offline and Online mode
• Industry integration is a must.
• Step 1: Finalization of Programs.

• Step 2: As per the finalized programs Labs and other infrastructures will be
designed.
• Step 3: To promote University, we have to start immediately out reach
programs,
webinars, workshops and certificate programs.
• Step 4: Continuous visibility in both print and digital media.
• Step 5: The marketing process will start from July-2023 by delivering Seminars
in neighbouring colleges/institutes.
• Step 6: Finalization of Industry to Integrated Programs.
• Step 7: Fixation of a cultural course of at least 4 credits in each program.
• Step 8: Constitution of Fund Raising Team and Plan
Activities in July - 2024
• Complete the equipment as per the requirement and plan for optimum
utilisation of the same.
• Review and analysis of marketing and other development activities
(Sustainable & revenue generating) & further necessary action.
• Laboratory set up according to programme.
• Review of short-term/executive programme with a view to revenue
generation.
Activities in Oct - 2023
• To ensure that necessary permission/status of the University is obtained from the UGC.
• Recruitment of core administrative staff
• Review and analysis of marketing on a weekly basis & further necessary action.
• Recruitment of a full Marketing Team for the marketing & admission process.
• Review and analysis of marketing and other development activities (Sustainable &
revenue generating) & further necessary action
• Process for implementation of short-term/executive programme.
• Social outreach and celebration of various occasions for brand promotion.
Activities in Aug - 2023
• To Finalize the academic programs and ensure they are in line with industry
standards
• Process for Establishing partnerships with local industry / corporate for
sponsorship/scholarship for the students.
• Recruitment of core Marketing staff for marketing & admission process
• Recruitment of Leaders of the University to guide the marketing team,
finalisation of programmes, liaison with the Govt., and take the leading role
to achieve the vision and mission of the University.
Activities in April - 2023
• To conduct market research and assess demand for higher education in your
area
• To focus on the construction & finishing of the building as per the minimum
requirement of the statutory bodies/councils.
