Most physically active individuals who are into sports and any physically activities
might experience sports related injuries. Some of these injuries can be caused by
environmental factors like the weather.

TREATMENT to alleviate the injury ask the person to stop doing the
physical activity immediately; while resting in a cooler place,
massage the affected area and make the person drink of plenty of
water and other fluids with electrolytes.
