What is Institutional Assessment Tool?

Is a modular tool or examination. It is the

process collecting evidence and making
judgements on whether competency has been
achieved.It is use to measure the level of
competence of the trainees in the corresponding
competency or module.
Why is Institutional Tool Important?

A trainee can not proceed to the next competency if

he/she can not pass the certain competency he/she is
working with. This is the basis if the trainee is ready
to proceed to the next competency/module.
