My name is lastenia. Every
morning I wake up at 7:00 a.m.
Get up and make my bet.
Then, I'm going to sweep the
terrace of my house and inside my
house.
At 7:40 am my baby gets up, I
change her diaper and comb her
hair.
At 8:15 a.m. I have breakfast with
my daughter, we usually have
eggs, arepa, fruit and juice.
Then we brushed our teeth and played in the garden for a while with his toys.
My daughter is playing in the garden with her grandparents, I go to the bathroom to shower
and change.
At 9:30 a.m. I proceed to take my daughter to the shower and put her clothes for the day on
her.
At 10 in the morning I give the
bottle to my daughter so she can
sleep and rest, and I can prepare
lunch.
At 12 o'clock we had lunch as a
family in the dining room and my
daughter in her baby chair.
At 1 in the afternoon I do stimulation exercises for
my baby for his good development.
At 2 o'clock I am going to study
and catch up with the activities of
the Sena virtual course with my
laptop
At 3:30 in the afternoon we watch
television, cable or Netflix
At 6 o'clock I'm going to shower my
daughter and put her pajamas on.
At 7:00 at night we have dinner as
a family.
Finally at 8 o'clock we all go to
sleep until the next day.
