• Dacia Logan is a family of cars produced and sold by the French manufacturer
Renault and its Romanian subsidiary Dacia since mid-2004, as successor to Dacia 1310
and Dacia Solenza. It was presented in Paris on 2 June 2004 and has been available
since 1 September 2004.
At first, the plans were for the future X90 project to be based on Solenza, eventually
building even a prototype based on it, which was presented to the public in 2004.
It was also marketed as Renault Logan, Nissan Aprio, Mahindra Verito, Renault L90,
Lada Largus ( MCV ), Nissan NP200 ( pick-up ) or Renault Symbol, depending on the
existing presence or positioning of the Renault brand in that country.

• Since its launch, Dacia Logan has estimated to have reached over 4 million global
sales. The model is now in its third generation, which was launched in 2020.
The first generation of Logan was designed at the Renault Technology
Center near Paris, resulting in four years of development of the X90
project, announced by Renault in 1999, after the acquisition of Dacia in
the same year.
• Combined with the reduction offered by the state through
the Rabla program, the starting price of this car was slightly below
5000 €, thus fulfilling the initial promise of a car of 5000 €.

Dacia Logan II

• Dacia Logan II was presented at

the Paris Motor Show 2012. The
design of the new model is similar
to that adopted by Sandero II also
presented at the Paris Motor Show
2012.

• In 2013, Dacia also launched the

Logan MCV II model.

Dacia Logan III
• Dacia Logan III is a versatile city
car from the manufacturer Dacia,
developed by the Renault group
which also sells it under the
Renault brand in different markets.
He is the third generation of Logan
and is the successor to Logan II.
