 Chris Watts biography
1. Watts was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, in 1985 and
lived there with his parents for most of his life. According to
Glatt (2020), Watts attended the Pine Forest High School, where
he excelled and received a scholarship to continue with his
education. After completing his studies, he started working at
Anadarko Petroleum. In 2010, Watts met his wife, and they got
married in November 2012
2. They started living in Colorado, and they were blessed with
two daughters, Bella and Celeste. Watts had no history of
criminal activities before he murdered his entire family.
 Shanann Watts
1. Shanann was a Facebook blogger who resided with her family
in Parker, Colorado. She had a wonderful life until returning
from a business trip with a colleague. She went to bed, and
when she woke up, she and her two daughters had been
dead.Bella Watts was a lively 4-year-old who cherished her
father and sister. She had witnessed her mother and sister being
slaughtered before her, and she was later killed on the evening
of August 13.Three-year-old Celeste was killed shortly after
reaching the oil tanks. She was a kind child.Her sister Bella
witnessed her mother being suffocated and killed, and her
mother had already been buried.
 She was hired as a contract employee at Andarko Petroleum in Platteville,
Kessinger Colorado where she works in safety. She met Watts in the office where they both
worked, though he would also spend time out at oil wells in the fields, according
to court records obtained by the Denver Post. The two met in either May or June
and had their first date shortly thereafter. "To this day, Nichol didn't see any red
lights with the way he spoke about his family," the investigator wrote, noting that
Kessinger also remembered Chris telling her he was separated.Kessinger told
police she found him cute and said he wasn’t wearing a wedding ring .

June 11, 2018: Shanann records videos of her surprising her husband with the news that she's
pregnant with their third child.
June 14, 2018: Shanann records a video of Bella, 4, singing a song about how much she loves her dad.
June 14, 2018: Chris enters coworker Nichol Kessinger's contact information into his phone.
Kessinger would later become his mistress.
June 17, 2018: Some time around this date Chris tells Kessinger he is married and has kids, but is in
the process of separating, Kessinger later told police. On Father's Day, Shanann writes a tribute to
her husband on Facebook.
June 19, 2018: Shanann shares a picture from her first ultrasound on Facebook, adding
that her husband is the "best dad us girls could ask for."
June 27, 2018: Shanann takes Bella and Celeste to North Carolina for a five-week vacation,
while her husband stays at home and works.
July 7, 2018: A first phone call is logged between Chris and Kessinger.
