Recruitment
Recruitment is the process of searching or finding right candidates for
the vacant position and encouraging them to apply for the job. This
process starts after finalizing the job positions and number of employee
required for the job and ends at the deadline of filling application.

Employee Selection
It is the process of choosing the most appropriate candidate for the
specified position among all the applicants fit for the job responsibility.
Selection is the process which starts after recruitment process and ends
when the effective person is selected for the job by the organization.
Selection Tests
It is the scientific, systematic and standardized procedure of examining
the job related skills, knowledge and expertise so that only best candidate
can be selected for the post. This is a process of rejecting less qualified
candidates to be selected to the position.
