URBAN LIVING
Advantage
• Employment and income. The main occupation is intellectual labor and service business
should have high income.

• The infrastructure: There are essential works for human life such as: electricity, roads, school,
hospital, communication, public lighting, commerce and public service.

• Social security: medical care, financial support during unemployment, caring for the elderly
and children.

• Social service: easy access to services as: health, education, entertainment and shopping.

• Living condition: use clean water, toilet in house.


Disadvantage
• Living space: narrow, shady, lack of light, lack of greenery.

• Habitat: air pollution, facing large amounts of domestic waste and industrial waste.

• Psychology: Due to the high cost of living in urban areas, there is a lot of competition in the work so
the financial pressure and promotion are very high.

• Food hygiene and safety, usually appearance of dirty food, food unknown origin due to poor
management system and fast lifestyle of people in urban.

• Social security: high population densities cause social disorder and social evils making life of people
unsafe.

• Health and disease: Due to environmental pollution, poor quality of food and high population density,
frequent epidemics occur.
Rural Living
Advantages
• Living space: spacious, comfortable.

• Habitat: no air pollution, quiet, less waste domestic and industrial waste.

• Psychology: Because the main job is agricultural labor should not be pressured on money.

• Food hygiene safety: food is grown independently, so there is less contaminated food,
food of unknown origin.

• The social security is stable due to low population density, people living in the traditional
village model with high community cohesion.

• Health and disease: Due to the frugal life, the environment is not polluted so the epidemic is
less.
Disadvantage
• Employment and income: the lack of employment, the main employment is agriculture and
simple labor, so low income.

• The infrastructure: essential works for human life such as electricity, roads, school, hospital,
communication, energy supply, public lighting, commerce and public services is missing and weak.

• Social security: Due to the difficult economic life so facing many problems of medical care,
financial support during unemployment, caring for the elderly and children.

• Social Service: Difficulties in accessing health services, education, entertainment and


shopping.
