basically i belong from District raebareli Uttar pardesh India bMy Father name is Late Mr. shailendra pratap singh & Late Mrs. Manju
singh.
I have completed academic qualification 0f Intermedite & highschool Under the banner of Uttar pradesh educational Board allahabad
in 2007 & 2005 respectively in First devision.
& I have completed my Technical education of Diploma in plastic molds technology in 2010 from Central institute of plastics mold and
technology From Lucknow centre scored 82 %.
During study i was selected in Campus Intervie By Motherson Molds and die casting limited and Joined professional carrier as a DET in
sep 2010.
During Motherson work profile i learnt basic requirement of parts, Design & tool development as well as mold trials trouble shooting
of plastic parts defects of differnt source of customer like MSIL ,Ford and Porsche. and handle a team of 20 people as team lead till
november 2015.Parts handled A,B,C,D Pillar Console,Door trims and Bumpers.
After that i Joined Dynamic Industries as a Assistant manager toolroom and added production Mold maintenance and vendor
developmet related skills,which was the supplier of MSIL,Tata Motors till mar 2017,Parts handled Wheel cover tail lamp fog lamp,mud
flaps Etc.
After That i joined Anu Industries in jun 2015 as a Assistant manager Tool room and added skill of Blow molding development as well
as plactic molds and bakelite molding Molds.and started to convert my technical skil into commercial activity Like Tool
costing,negotiation time basis and cost basis, & Commercial issues settlements with vendor. parts developed Water tank,Washer
pumps for MSIL,MG Motors and Kia Motors.
After that I joined Subros in 2018 as a Junior manager Program management & taking care of complete Mold,PDC,& Press tool
development activity for MSIL TATA DENSO SUZUKI MAHINDRA FORCE MOTOR ETC.Responsible From Mold RFQ To mold handover
activity for mass production.as a window person of Subros Tool room.
I have implemented my Technical skill and enhanced my commercial and vendor development skill of offloaded tools,
Coponent developed here Heating unit,Blower Unit Evaporator Unit and compressor unit and ECM Units.
