Hendrickson Trailer Suspension Systems (Hendrickson) warrants that its HCA™ Series intermodal chassis
axles, HTA Series trailer axles and related components, as listed in the following coverage table, shall be free of
defects in material or workmanship.

This limited warranty shall not cover any damage to wheel-hub assemblies resulting from any failure that can be attributed to one

or more components of a non-Hendrickson tire inflation system, including but not limited to, hub pressurization or contamination.

This warranty coverage only applies to those HCA intermodal chassis axles and HTA trailer axles that have
been:
1. Properly assembled and installed by a trailer original equipment manufacturer (OEM)
2. Properly maintained (as described in all applicable Hendrickson publications)
3. Operated only within the United States, Canada, or Mexico (on-highway vans only
4. Used in the recommended applications and within the rated capacities.

All non-recommended intermodal chassis axle or trailer axle applications must receive written approval from
Hendrickson in order to be covered under the warranty. This warranty is subject to the conditions, exclusions
and limitations listed in Hendrickson publication L583, Comprehensive Warranty Statement, available at
www.hendrickson-intl.com. See publication L583 (US and Canada) and L826SP (Mexico) for additional
information.
 The Hendrickson suspension warranty coverage begins when the vehicle is put into service and ends when the
time period specified in the above-referenced coverage table is reached.

No expressed warranty is given by Hendrickson with respect to its intermodal chassis axles, trailer axles and
related components except as specifically set forth herein and in publication L583. Any warranty implied by law,
including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the expressed warranty
term provided in the above-referenced warranty-coverage table and/or publication L583.
