SUGGESTION

 The major issues facing nurses in this situation are the critical shortage of nurses, beds, and medical
supplies, including personal protective equipment and, as reviews indicate, psychological changes and
fears of infection among nursing staff. Which can be addressed if they are provided with disposable
clinical equipments.
 The knowledge on mental health has to be imparted among on the nurses.
 The usage of personal protective equipment’s by the nurses has to be the disposable one which is in order
to ensure the physical safety of the nurses.
 Periodical screening of physical and mental health can be conducted once in a week.
 The government can take steps to create health consciousness, awareness of personal safety, importance
and proper usage of clinical equipments which should be used for one time and it should be disposed. So,
that it decrease the chances of covid spread among nurses.
 Adequate supply of clinical equipments is also suggested.
CONCLUSION

 Nurses should be given special care in home and working area. Their lives are at risk mostly during this
pandemic time.
 As the nursing professional has to deal with psychological, socio-cultural and spiritual aspects of the
patients and their family.
 The overarching duty of nurse leadership will be to ensure that the appropriate prevention and security
steps are taken to reduce the dangers of the workplace.
 In this regard, staff members should also be guided on how to carry out regular self-
assessments, and directed on how to follow quarantine or isolation measures, when indicated, to protect
them, their families, and their community, as well as to safeguard their mental health and well-being.
 According to this research nurses are Mentally and physically vulnerable during this pandemic. Moreover,
they may end up in getting frustration, anxiety, anger and fear.
 It’s hard to sustain medical health workers in constantly changing society. It is one of our responsibility to
take care of their mental health and their behavioral morbidity.
