having?
What are the growth opportunities that I can have in the company?
 Aspirants should not ask silly questions.
Eg. What will be the salary?
On what basis do you provide salary hikes?

 Telephonic interview is generally


conducted for Screening purpose.
 Listening skills are the most
important one.

before answering.

ONLINE INTERVIEW

 Internet interview can also be known as


online interview.
 Make sure you are in such a place where
there aren’t any disturbances of any kind.
 Internet connection, web camera,
microphone and speakers should be working
fine.
 Make sure about the uninterrupted power
supply for the duration.

learn.

well.
• Tell me about a time when you improved a process either at
work or in the classroom (can also use athletic examples).
