Terms and Conditions
1. These special prices are exclusively applicable for ONGC employees. To avail this special offer following needs to be done:
a) The HDFC offers can be availed through online purchase from our website www.eppnfinfratech.com.
b) For booking in our camp, it is mandatory to submit a Self-Attested clear scanned copy of employee ID card and a valid Govt. ID card for verification.
c) For placing order via email, a formal order confirmation shall be sent to epp.info@nfinfratech.com from ONGC official email address along with the screenshot of the payment, and picture of a
valid employee ID card.
2. The prices and offers are valid till 31st December 2023, post which the offers may be revised.
3. Termination Clause: Offer can be discontinued, basis Apple and Bank’s discretion.
4. For online purchase through HDFC Cards, there should be only one product in your cart to avail cashback offer. Only one transaction per card is allowed during the offer period to avail the
benefit; rest all transactions will not be passed on the benefit.
5. For booking devices that are not in stock, it is mandatory to make an advance payment of Rs.5,000 through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ UPI transaction/ Net Banking. Balance due amount shall be paid before
shipping.
6. For out-of-stock models, delivery may commence from 4-8 weeks from the placement of order depending on the model, variant and color of the ordered Apple device, subjected to stock
availability (Please call us for further details). We provide PAN India free shipping service.
7. Warranty & Apple Care+ shall be applicable as per standard guidelines of Apple India.
8. Refund and Return Policy
• There will be no refund/ return/ exchange applicable on this special offer.
• Orders for the respective model & color once placed cannot be cancelled/modified. Preference of color is subjected to stock availability, if preferred color is out of stock, then modification
in the order shall be done upon customer’s consent.
9. We do accept all modes of payments made through Netbanking/NEFT/RTGS/IMPS / onsite swiping machine/ UPI.
10. Additional bank charges shall be applicable for the payments made through Credit and Debit cards. Kindly refer the payment terms in Table 1.
