Problems faced & solutions
 I encountered a situation where we had a high volume of customer
inquiries flooding in, especially during peak hours.
To address this, I collaborated with the team to implement effective
customer service strategies, such as prioritizing urgent inquiries.

 Initially the major problem faced by me was my lack of proper

communication skills. To overcome this problem I took advice of
colleagues and my boss and shadowed them how they interact with
the customers

 Effectively managing my time and juggling multiple tasks within

stringent deadlines occasionally posed challenges. In response, I
implemented prioritization tools and task management systems to
streamline my workflow, ensuring efficient organization of tasks,
prioritization of activities, and timely completion of assignments.
